Freeport Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) welcomes you to dynamic Freeport, Texas! Our organization promotes community improvement and economic development by supporting the businesses, investors, developers and people working to make Freeport an incredible place to live and do business. 

How We Help

Our signature program is the Business Improvement Grant, a financial incentive offered to businesses operating within Freeport, Texas. Contact us for more information on this grant and other incentives.

We also offer no-cost business consulting, coordinate state, regional and federal programs, market the City of Freeport to a global audience, and develop strategic plans that facilitate the community’s growth.

The FEDC Board is committed to advancing economic development and implementing our strategic plan.
